A Virginia rapper was sentenced to five months in prison on Monday after posing on a SWAT truck during the Capital riot, according to reports.
Antoine DeShaun Brodnax, who goes by the rap name “Bugie Don”, pleaded guilty in Oct. of 2021 to four misdemeanor counts in connection to the Jan. 6 riots.
A judge also ordered Brodnax to pay a $70 special assessment and $500 in restitution. His 5-month sentence will be followed by a year of supervised release.
Brodnax used the image of himself on the vehicle for the cover of his album titled “The Capital”.
