Girlfriend who killed her boyfriend for Youtube fame is sentenced

Monalisa Perez, 20 has been sentenced to just 180 days, after killing her boyfriend Pedro Ruiz because they both wanted to be famous Youtube “Pranksters”. Perez said it was Pedro’s fault to have her shoot him while he was holding a thick book as part of the prank. He said he had shot thru a book before, and it worked. Pedro’s girlfriend/mother of his 2 kids said she had told him “Don’t do it!”, and asked him, “Why a gun?”, but she still continued to proceed with the “Prank”. They set up two cameras and in front of their 3 year daughter, she pulled the trigger and killed him. She was also pregnant at the time with their 2nd child. She was very well aware of what she was doing. Monalisa was arrested, and charged with “Manslaughter”, served 6 months in jail, and the judge has now ordered her to 90 days in jail, and 90 days”Home Confinement”. I believe the judge has taken pity for her because she has two young children, and 180 days is NOT enough for killing the father of her children. Poor children. Pay attention kids….
