Snapchat loses $800 million in stocks after Rihanna slams them for Ad

CNN Money has reported that Snapchat stocks have gone down by %4 they lost $800 million dollars in stocks after Rihanna slammed them for a disgusting, and very insensitive “Would You Rather?” ad that they put on their App, asking people if they would rather “Slap Rihanna?” or “Punch Chris Brown?’. Rihanna found out about this ad, and gave Snapchat an earful for their disgusting decision to put the ad knowing singer Chris Brown was arrested in February of 2009 for hitting Rihanna causing her bruises, a split lip, and he also admitted to biting her arm after a Pre-Grammy party. Rihanna said it “brought shame to DV victims”. Snapchat has since then apologized, and their statement read ,”This advertisement is disgusting and never should have appeared on our service,” reads a statement from Snapchat. “We are so sorry we made the terrible mistake of allowing it through our review process. We are investigating how that happened so that we can make sure it never happens again.”
