Rapper Da Baby allegedly attacked driver after dispute for smoking

LAS VAGAS- A driver is claiming that rapper Da Baby assaulted him.

According to TMZ, authorities say that a man is claiming that he picked the Charlotte rapper up from Vegas in Nov. He says that when Da Baby and his friends allegedly began lighting weed in the air inside the Van, and when he told them to stop, things turned left.

The driver claims that he was allegedly threatened by Da Baby and his crew.

Law enforcement officials have told TMZ that one of the suspects told the driver”You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherfucker.” We’re told DB and co. got their bags, but not before someone allegedly said they “would have left him (the driver) dead on the road.”

NOW, Da Baby has a warrant for misdemeanor battery.
