Florida man charged with murder for killing man over handicapped parking space. Is it because he’s Latin?

FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida:  A Florida man has been charged with murder after a fight over a handicap parking space turned deadly. According to the Associated Press, Julio Ramos got into a heated argument with the victim whose name is Oswald Zambrano parked in a handicap parking space illegally outside of a daycare. Ramos reportly berated Zambrano and when the argument escalated, Ramos stabbed Zambrano. Zambrano died 10 days later at the Hospital. Ramos has now been been charged with 2nd degree murder. I wonder if he was charged because he’s Latin because with Florida’s “stand your ground” law, doesn’t it give the right for anyone in that state to take somebody’s life over nothing? This also comes no more than a week after a African-American man was shot and killed in Florida over an argument with another over a parking space too. This law must be abolished.
