Judge Allows DaBaby’s Ex’s Brother To Give Rapper Public Notice About Suit Over Fightr

LOS ANGELES – DaBaby’s ex-girlfriend’s brother has finally been allowed to give the rapper notice about his lawsuit after struggling to serve him.

A Los Angeles Superior court judge approved singer DaniLeigh’s brother, Brandon Bills, request to place a notice in the local paper to inform the rapper of the pending lawsuit, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.

The judge made the decision after Bills says he’s been attempting to serve DaBaby for months, but to no avail. He said he’s hired a private investigator who visited the rapper’s homes but was unable to serve him.

As Blackroomedia.com has reported before, Bills is filing the lawsuit against the troubled rapper after he allegedly assaulted him in at a L.A. bowling alley in 2022.

The video of the brawl went viral.

Bills claims he suffered physical and psychological damage as a result of the attack.

This came after DaBaby and singer DaniLeigh had a messy and public break-up months before.

Both share a daughter together.
