Rapper NBA YoungBoy Arrested On Gun And Drug Charges

UTAH – Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again, also known as NBA YoungBoy has been arrested in Utah on gun and drug charges after violating his probation.

Homeland Security, the FBI and other agencies executed a search warrant Tuesday morning at the rapper’s home, according to the Cache County Sheriff’s Office.

YoungBoy was arrested on six charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person and other charges, which are Class 2 felony charges.

His other charges, which are lesser, include procuring or attempting to procure drug/prescription, identity fraud, forgery and possession of other controlled substances.

The troubled rapper has been on house arrest while living in Utah, as he awaits trial in Baton Rouge for a felony gun charge in a federal case. The case stems from when he was filming a music video in 2020 at an abandoned house, where he was allegedly in possession of two guns. 16 people in total were arrested on drug and weapon charges.

He was taken into custody at 2:50 p.m., according to online records. No bail has been set.
