Backup dancer sues Chris Brown for an eye injury she endured during video shoot

Chris Brown is being sued by one of his former backup dancers for an eye injury she claims she got while filming a video with him.

Danielle Griffin has filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown according to The Blast for allegedly suffering an eye injury when a wardrobe/make-up artist named Angel used fake blood that wasn’t proven to be safe before using it on her back in 2017.

Court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that the artist who used the fake blood on her had “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”

Griffin says the fake blood caused injury to both of her eyes and she now wants Chris Brown along with the video production to pay up for her damages as she’s seeking more than $25,ooo for her “loss in wages” which also include “past and present” “including medical care, damages and treatment of personal injuries.”

What I’m confused about, is the fact that she waited almost 3 years to sue him now.. Yeah, it kind of smells fishy to me but we’ll see.

I know Chris is one troubled singer, but c’mon sis..

I’ll keep you guys updated.
