Prostitute arrested; says she didn’t tell customers she has HIV

GEORGIA- 24-year-old Georgia Pitts was arrested last month and charged with prostitution and reckless conduct after she offered an undercover officer sex at Motel.

According to CBS 46, Pitts told police that she was diagnosed with HIV in 2018 and has never disclosed her status to her customers or lovers, as she’s supposed to do so by law.

In the state of Georgia, if someone fails to disclose their HIV or Hepatitis status to their sexual partners, they can face up to 10 years in prison.
